changing rooms; at no extra cost to members. Casual use
is welcome - $9 includes a shower, towel and locker. Great
for relaxing and/or warming up!

 PHYSIOTHERAPY
The physiotherapy team at Physiofocus Lake Wanaka are ACC
endorsed providers and offer treatment in all areas of physiotherapy
including sports, orthopaedic, neurological, respiratory,
manual therapy, manipulation, chronic pain, occupational
health and Pilates. For all appointments and enquiries,

PILATES
Physiofocus Lake Wanaka offer Pilates courses and one on
one Pilates training for rehabilitation, general fitness
or sport specific training.
CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA
A supervised play area is available @ a cost of $3.00
per child for the hour. This service is available on Mondays
and Wednesdays from 9.15am – 10.30am. Please talk
to our reception staff @ Proactive if you have any questions.
 KIDS
IN MOTION
Rae Patterson offers fun & exciting kids programmes
including;
- Mini muscles : 0 - 4 yrs with lots of exciting to do,
action songs, fun & novel equipment.
- Kiwi Gym Fun: 5+ years based on New Zealand Gym association.
Programme includes fun physical activities games and skills.

- Birthday Parties: Suitable for younger age groups Physical
fun and activities, with mini bouncy castle, ball pit,
climbing ladders and other great things to play on. Please
